Expanding our Knowledge Base for our Fur Family

Woof Creek Co-Founders, Lisa + Scot, began taking their own 'pet health matters' into their own hands when their oldest fur kiddo, Lily, suffered severe allergies. Finding trusted animal professionals with expanded certifications in cleaner alternative modalities not only changed their Lily's life, it has now transitively changed thousands of pets' lives throughout the USA and beyond.

The clinically-based information shared below helped make the difference for us, and continues to holistically enhance our fur family's lives. Scroll down to the article.

Fried Egg Recipe for Dogs with Tumeric

egg recipe for dogs

This recipe is really super-simple and only uses 3 ingredients. Obviously the egg is very important and sourcing your eggs from as close to the hen as possible is not only great for you and your dog but also for local businesses. Or, you can do like us suburban farmers and get them right from Val, Margret, Agnes, and Penny. Cluck, Cluck!

Makes 1 egg to eat as a snack or as a meal topper.

1 teaspoon evoo

½ teaspoon turmeric, ground powder

1 (or 2*) egg, freshest possible (*depending on your dog's size)

Heat a small non-stick egg pan on medium-high for 1 minute. Add oil and swirl to coat the pan. Stir in turmeric and cook for 15 seconds. Crack and add egg and cook** it however your dog enjoys them! Allow the egg to cool and serve! Woof!

**If feeding raw then whisk raw egg with turmeric and oil and serve.
