Product Subscriptions
Our ultra convenient STANDARD product AUTO-SHIP subscriptions have customizable delivery frequencies and are cancelable anytime.
Our deeply-discounted PREPAID product subscriptions are non-refundable, except for extenuating circumstances on a case by case basis. If approved by the Woof Creek Care Team, the refund dollar amount will be prorated credit based on the completed shipments and remaining term of plan.
You will receive a reminder of shipments and any auto renewal actions one day before such action is processed via your registered email address (add 'bark@woofcreek.com' as saved contact so emails hit your inbox!)
QUARTERLY PREPAID PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTION: Order ships every 3 months, for however many 'quarters' you select. ie the PREPAID '3' QUARTERLY PLAN of one Refill Pouch entails the shipment of 1 refill pouch every quarter (that is every 3 months) for 3 quarters (that is, for 9 months.)
MONTHLY PREPAID PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTION: Order ships every month for however many 'months' you select. ie the PREPAID '9' Month PLAN of one Refill Pouch entails the shipment of 1 refill pouch every month for 9 months.
The PREPAID plan you select ships on the plan's set shipping frequency (either monthly or quarterly, whichever plan you select and pre-pay for.) In other words, the shipping frequency cannot be altered, neither in our system or by policy for managerial and product-safety reasons; the shipping date within the set frequency can be revised by you in your Product Subscription Customer Portal.
All subscription discounts are applied to Woof Creek's current retail pricing. Our current pricing may change from time to time. Woof Creek and all small businesses must adjust retail pricing from time to time due to their increased costs like supplies, raw materials, etc.

How subscriptions work
Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to your selected delivery interval and the products will be automatically delivered by the shop after each successful renewal.
For example, if you started a monthly subscription, then the system will automatically charge your credit card each month and you will get the products to your doorstep each month, without the need to place the order by yourself!
Can I pause or cancel a standard product subscription?
You can pause a standard subscription any time you want in the customer portal, as seen in the screenshot below. You can or cancel . The only time when the subscription can't be canceled is if you started a subscription which requires a certain number of payments before you can cancel it.
The customer portal can be accessed through the magic link you received in the email that was sent to you when you placed an initial subscription order in the shop. You can also access your subscriptions if you create an account in your shop.
How can I skip or reschedule a charge?
You can skip or reschedule the charge in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the charge. You can reschedule the charge by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.
Can I add products to my subscription?
Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Just click on the Edit button in the products card and edit, remove or add products to your subscription.
What happens if the payment can't be processed?
If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed you will receive an email with a link where you can safely update your payment method.
